The products we provide here at Gas Fridge Depot are held to the highest standards of of quality control and are guaranteed to work as advertised. All products are under the manufacturers warranty.

If by some rare even that you do receive a faulty product you will be taken care of by the manufacturer and their contact information will be included in your shipment. If your shipment gets damaged while shipping the shipping company will quickly resolve the issue after contacting them.

Please be aware that although every effort is made to us to make sure all information is 100% accurate there can be mistakes and errors. Gas Fridge Depot is not responsible for typographical errors or pricing mistakes, Manufacturer modifications such as dimensions, accessories, color or texture on this website. Return Policy

All returns must be in their original packaging at which you received it in or they will not be accepted under any circumstance.

Defective Merchandise

If you think you have something defective please call us within 30 days of receipt of your order, and 10 days for any kind of Summit product line. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Returning Non-Defective Product

If you wish to return any non-defective products we will refund them within 30 days of purchase of receipt (10 days for Summit product line), but we must issue a 25% restocking fee. Please call us to work out the return procedure. Returned items without calling us will not be accepted.

Shipping

For larger items our system on the website is not setup to give you the most accurate quote or options. If you wish to get an idea if you can get cheaper shipping please call us. We can many times arrange for you to pick it up at a loading dock and that will bring down the shipping fee. So if shipping seems high please contact us for options. SHIPPING RATES IN THE SHOPPING CART DO NOT INCLUDE CANADA, ALASKA OR HAWAII.

Freight Damage

All customers accept the responsibility to inspect their delivery for damages prior to signing the delivery receipt. Your package may look undamaged but could contain internal damage from shipping, so please remove the packaging prior to signing the delivery receipt. If you do not inspect the item and do sign the receipt then you are stating that you received it in perfect condition. If severe damage is found please refuse the item and call us immediately to rectify the situation. Please note that it is impossible to collect any refund from freight companies if you sign the receipt and your item has been damaged, so please do your inspection.
